ERA SOS

ERA SOS allows for finding people or assets in case of an emergency.

ERA SOS allows alarm monitoring stations using HDT command center (http://www.hdt.ph) to receive panic alarms from their subscribers. When a panic alarm is received by the HDT central station, the dispatcher can contact the user with the information they have on file or send help to the GPS location where the alarm was sent from. Help will be coming from the local government unit or private sectors.

Note:
The ERA SOS uses GPRS “Mobile Data” usage from your Telco service provider or Wi-Fi and one or the other should have good reception to be able to send your GPS location and alarm alert. In the case of bad reception, only an alarm alert will be transmitted.
Alternatively, an option to contact “Central Station” is available but the central station will not be able to locate your geo-position.

ERA SOS app does not use/send SMS on Alert.

Do not remove ERA SOS app without confirming with your Service Provider. One activation code can only be used with one subscription.

This app “allow” access to device location and notifications.

An email will be sent once a subscription has been made with the necessary activation procedure and user guidelines.
