Erasmus Timesheets

This app is a companion to Erasmus Timesheets, a web application that allows coordinators of projects funded through the Erasmus+ programme to manage their project administration. The web application has three main functions related to the administrative requirements of Erasmus+ projects: Time management (through timesheets that can be exported in Excel format), direct costs (collection and organisation of receipts etc.) and generating Excel reports (which aggregate the information submitted by each user in a project..

The app functions as a 'companion' to the web application described above. It's main function / added value is that it allows users to take pictures of receipts and add them directly to their project administration (without having to scan / upload them and submit them through the web application).

Erasmus Timesheets is currently in active development and only being used by a limited number of users in a single project. New users are added on a case-to-case basis (invitation only). The use of the current (beta) version of the app is free. Currently there are no paid licenses available.
