What is it about?
Ericsson On Duty is an application for external companies that are working as a partner with Ericsson as well as internal employees. Ericsson partners will log in and are provided an easy method to provide status updates, associate activities and add comments to projects. This eliminates the need for partners to call in to an Ericsson bridge and report their daily status or submit status updates via email. The app also allows employees to login which provides a safety application (injury reporting, fall detection and 911 dialing) and ensures that the user has an easy method for contacting the employee health and safety or emergency services. The app also allows EHS to contact the authorities and is able to provide employee information even if the employee is incapacitated.
