This application was made to make the process easier for interaction by messaging in-app, the consultant has a choice to follow up with a question if he still needs clarification on the question asked or he could just click the answer button and give the final answer and the chat would end there. The whole process of the application is based on a credit module, so in order to ask a question or have a conversation with the consultant, you pay a specific amount of credits.
