It is designed as a data collection tool and can be used to inform the teacher appraisal system. Administrators are able to view the T-TESS 4 Domains and 16 Dimensions with specific descriptors alongside special education specific examples and tools. The App includes resources for low incidence disabilities, inclusion/co-teach and preschool programs for students with disabilities (PPCD).
