eSoftra is a proffesional mobile application designed for fleet managers and drivers, who cares about mobility, flexibility and instant access to current fleet stock data in company.

1. Company fleet stock always up to date:
- cars technical descritpion (registration and model, technical. parameters, year of prod. VIN number etc.)
- car details (company structure, driver, mileage, next tech. check-up, etc.)
- insurances (insurance company, number, validity date etc.)
- fuel cards (number, validity date, PIN etc.)
- driver info, with option to make a phone call or sending SMS / email
- download the data from car-GPS system, based on the GPS module integration

2. Improve the car release / return process
- release the car to the driver using your smartphone / tablet only
- insert the time and hour of car release / return and mileage and fuel level
- choose the driver from the employee’s registry of back-office module.
- add some notes by car releasing / returning
- mark the car-damages onto car-illustration
- take the pictures of damages or important documents
- control the car-equimpent using check-list
- see the hand-over protocol preview on screen, before signing
- put the signatures directly on smartphone’s touch-screen
- automatically generante filled digital hand-over protocol with the signatures on it
- automatically email the PDF with the protocol and pictures taken as attachments to the driver and his supervisor
- synchronise all data with the back-office module

3. Reminders and alerts
- get alert about the next technical inspection
- get alert about the next MOT test
- get alert about the insurance expiry date
- send emails or SMS to the drivers with the reminder directly from mobile app.

4. App. version for drivers
- car descritpion (registration and model, technical parameters, VIN number, insurances, fuel card details)
- report current mileage
- report new damage / accidents and add a picture

- take a picture of car itself, or registration certificate etc.
