This online mobile phone application is basically designed to work on both IOS mobile devices. It is used for collection of attribute data and taking of GPS coordinates of cocoa farmers’ farms as well as mapping of trees within the farm. The app has a very simple and user friendly interface and designed to work even when there is limited or no internet connectivity, which allows users to save data on local device and submit data when there is connectivity. The app has been developed to directly connect to database to retrieve data and present to user in real time. Many users are able to login at the same time and collect data at the same time with different credentials and access levels. The app is designed such that users can save and edit information on the device when necessary and sync data to a database platform. The app is both mobile and web.
