eStream POS Loyalty App

The eStream Customer Loyalty app is designed to work with the 'eStream System 5' Point of Sales (POS) software.

Retail stores running the eStream System 5 POS software can now offer their customers an App with the following functionality:

- Works like an Account and Loyalty card combined.

- Customers can load their account with money online or at the store.

- At the checkout, customers earn loyalty reward points by scanning the QR Code on their phone.

- Scanning the QR Code also allows customers a speedy checkout experience if sufficient funds are available in their Account.

Customers can check their loyalty program points and account balances directly on the phone, as well as managing their profile information.

Customers can search their purchase history by item or date and display any prior receipt directly on their phone. Invoices and receipts display a QR code making returns and pickups very easy to manage.

- A search engine is incorporated in the App for:
-- Flyers
-- Favourite Items
-- Full store search
-- Scanning Barcode using the iPhone Camera.

All items show stock on hand, retail price, deal/flyer information and optional notes and picture.

- An optional Pickup and Delivery service is incorporated,whereby store customers can reserve items for later pickup, or send an order for local deliveries.

- Delivery and Pickup orders are fully integrated into the Stores POS system for retrieval at the Store's Point of Payment

- Deliveries and pickups can be charged to the customers account.
