EUCARDIA® Logbook App - Individualized skill documentation for cardiologists: your curriculum vitae with all your documented experience in your pocket.

The EUCARDIA® Logbook App is designed for trainees as well as specialists in cardiology to document skills acquired and procedures performed. Use it within the EUCARDIA® programme to apply for the European Diploma General Cardiology or standalone to document your career.

EUCARDIA® is a management and tracking platform designed to give you an opportunity for life-long documentation of your professional activities in the field of practical skills (logbook), knowledge (e.g. CME) and professional attitude (e.g. 360° appraisal).

EUCARDIA® addresses trainees, specialists and so called trainers (specialists that assist trainees on their way to become a specialist in cardiology). In addition to the EUCARDIA® web based interface you can use this app for quick and easy documentation of your skills within the EUCARDIA® programme. The app will synchronize your records stored on your device and those entered using the web interface and stored on the EUCARDIA® server. With each synchronization all your recently added EUCARDIA® programme related skill slips will be submitted for approval by your EUCARDIA® trainers.

Is it possible to use the app independent from the EUCARDIA® platform?

Yes, there are so called Private Skill Slip entries to document whatever you performed without making such data available to the EUCARDIA® programme. At no time the Private Skill Slips will be synchronized with EUCARDIA® - they will remain on your device. Even without participating in the EUCARDIA® programme this app will assist you to document your medical experience for your curriculum vitae:
