What is it about?
EVAL tool is a digital communication tool that provides an interactive, visual environment that helps clients make an assessment about where they are on a personal change journey. The tool provides a simple, colourful and clear way of mapping change across multiple life domains – tracking improvements in wellbeing, social connections, social support, goals and hopes and plans for the future. Images used as neutral and non-stigmatising – such as stepping stones to a tree. There are two versions of the tool to choose from depending on the suitability of the visuals to the client.
