Every Life Matters Alert (ELMA Alert)

Every Life Matters Alert is a multi app used to assist individuals when there is a need for help within a 20 minute radius. Secondly, it gives the ELMA users the ability to become Mobile Reporters. The ELMA assistance functionality is used to alert other ELMA users to come and assist by video taping the scene during police traffic stops. The app also alerts when users may need other types of assistance. For example, car trouble, intruder, medical, incident on campus(shooting), abduction, etc,.

ELMA's Mobile Reporter functionality gives users the ability to become Mobile Reporters. This gives users the option to video tape an event immediately or report on a story. After reporting, the info is uploaded to the ELMA server to be shared by individuals to view or other media outlets to air. The Every Life Matters Alert was designed to bring all people together through the efforts of helping and assisting others while holding everyone accountable for their actions.
