evoInspect

evoInspect allows to configure highly dynamic questionnaires and make those available to employees through a web browser or iOS app. Questionnaires consist of sections which consist of questions of different types like text input fields, dropdown fields, date chooser, checkboxes and much more. It allows to configure validation rules for any realistic use-case up to a feature which makes it possible to let certain questions depend on other questions.The possibility to comment on a provided answer or to upload files is a standard feature for any kind of question. Users are supposed to fill out those questionnaires (even offline) and send them to the evoInspect API in order to generate emails and reports from it. A rich and intuitive administration panel in the browser allows customers to manage any kind of master data, users, questions and questionnaires without much technical knowledge or high requirements for the computer they are working on. The created questionnaires can be assigned to specific users or made available to a group of users based on different parameters.

evoInspect is completely hosted in an Amazon AWS cloud in Frankfurt Germany.
