The mission of EPEP is to meet the enrichment needs of families in the Ewa Plains and Leeward District areas, by providing direct services; as well as networking with churches, various agencies and people within the community. We serve the Ewa Plains Community by providing high quality, literacy rich programs in a safe, healthy, supportive and all-inclusive atmosphere.
