What this App does:
This app uses mathematical calculations and probability theory to compute "fair" Exacta and Quinella odds, given the odds for the individual horses. (Also works for dog races)
In the long run, the odds on the race track tote board fairly accurately describe the probability of each horse winning the race.
On the other hand, the average bettor has a tough time figuring out correct Exacta or Quinella odds. This often leads to payoffs that are larger than they should be for certain horse combinations, based on each horse's odds.
