Exhale Pilates London has two Classical studios fully equipped with the latest apparatus from New York and is dedicated to teaching the true works of Joseph Pilates; a proven method that gets results!

We offer new client inductions, privates, duets, Tower and Reformer classes to clients of all ages and abilities; from the Pilates novice to professional athletes and everyone in between. 

Exhale Pilates is also a hub for education, with workshops from renowned Pilates leaders and two internationally recognised Teacher Training programmes: The Full Comprehensive and Exhale's Master Mat course.
