What is it about?

The Feedback Team App is a Peer to Peer Feedback and Communication Tool for use in the Corporate Environment. Employees can freely give anonymous feedback plus they can also request feedback from their peers. In the right environment, honest Feedback is by far the best way to grow your employees and therefore grow the business. Within this App, we have also included additional features such as News and Updates, Ideas for Improvements, Department Performance, and Statistics. This will allow you to communicated important messages about the Organisation to all employees. However, a word of caution, this App should only be used within an Organisation where the leaders genially want to grow and develop their people. We would also recommend that the App is introduced with the help/guidance of an HR Consultancy Company/Department.
