Join Eximchain’s secure and collaborative blockchain network governance mechanism. The Eximchain app allows members of the network to vote in and out blockmakers that control the network. First, a user must sign up (via Okta), create a new EXC wallet, and pass our identity validation process in order to be considered for membership approval.

Create an Eximchain Account

Verify your Identity
Prove your identity to our network members by passing our identity verification process. All network members must pass our identity validation process to vote and participate in governance on the Eximchain Network.

Create a Wallet
Generate a new EXC wallet in app that will be used for your voting and transaction history on our network. This wallet will be tied to your identity and will allow you to participate in governance on the Eximchain Network.

Participate in Governance
Vote for or against members for demotion or promotion each governance cycle. All network members must generate a wallet and pass our identity verification process to participate.

Every governance cycle, one member will be promoted to blockmaker status and one blockmaker will be demoted to member status based on the number of total net votes. Vote costs are quadratic, meaning 2 votes cost 4 EXC tokens, 3 votes cost 9 tokens, and so on. Members are allowed to nominate themselves or others for promotion to blockmaker. Any blockmaker can be nominated for demotion.
