Holding a phone of approx 4" screen size 100 cm (40 inches) from your eyes would give you nearly accurate results. Hold it (place it) 200 cm (80 inches) from your eyes if you have e.g. a 8” tablet.
Do not consider the tests in the app official tests. These tests only mean to give you an idea whether or not you should see an eye doctor or go on an eye therapy.

Can you see the number color blind? A set of images called the Ishihara color plates is one of the most common and reliable color blind tests. Simply look at the images, which have numbers embedded in dots of color. The numbers are a different color than the background. If you can't see the numbers, you're probably colorblind.
