Eye to Eye Empower

Eye to Eye unlocks greatness in the 1 in 5 people who learn differently. We've been empowering students who learn differently for more than a decade, and now you too can share this transformative experience thanks to our new, free iOS app, available on iPad and iPhone.

We are the only national nonprofit organization run by and for people with learning differences (LD), like dyslexia, and ADHD. What does that mean? At Eye to Eye, we:
- Train high school and college students with LD/ADHD to mentor similarly-identified elementary and middle school students
- Inspire students, families, educators, and leaders across the country with stories of hope and strategies for success from the Eye to Eye Diplomats Program
- Generate culture change by fighting stigma and celebrating learning differences and ADHD

Discover and share your strengths, challenges, allies, and accommodations through engaging, creative Quests.

Create your own My Advocacy Plan (MAP), a tool for you, your child, or your student to use in IEP or 504 Plan meetings to spark conversations about creating the conditions for your most successful learning environment.

Now all students who learn differently can have an “Empower Tool” in their pocket and their My Advocacy Plans at their disposal, ready to declare, “You have no idea how able I am!”
