Sellers:
1. Establish connections with buyers
2. Create price buckets and place buyers in designated price buckets
3. Create price list with prices for all price buckets including market price
4. Receive purchase orders from buyers and approve to move forward
5. Provide shipping cost if requested/needed (buyer needs to accept/approve shipping charge)
6. Process and ship order


Buyer:
1. Establish connections with sellers
2. Place orders (select if buyer or seller manage shipping)
3. If seller manage shipping, approve shipping cost
4. Receive order
