EziCare

Description:
eziCare is the companion app for Support Workers who deliver services to participants under the NDIS. It streamlines the capture of activity data for your employer to ensure payments are made promptly under the scheme. Your organisation must be using eziway Care Manager before you can use this app.

As a support worker, you will log in to view your rostered sessions and a full description of the scheduled activity. You will then record key activity milestones against live sessions including:
• time and attendance (Start and Stop session)
• travel time and distance (Start and End trip)
• goal progress and case notes
• participant attendance and signature

Full participant support details can be viewed in app including:
• case notes
• activity goals and progress
• documents
• medication records
• contact details, and
• a participant’s wider support network including family emergency contacts
and allied health professionals

Support Workers can also apply for annual leave using the eziCare app.
