Fabric Hospitality allows anyone to invest in hotel, lodging and hospitality projects in their local community. For the first time ever, the securities law changes created by the JOBS Act open up investment opportunities for the average person, not just accredited investors.

Locals who are passionate about their home town and surrounding community can now welcome their friends, family, work associates, sports teams and others to a globally branded lodging property they own a piece of! These local Fabric8ors as travel influencers fill up their hotel and maximize its performance while creating a better travel stay experience for their friends!

Our unique Fabric Hospitality community ownership and influencer operating model offers members of the local community the chance to join with their neighbors to own a piece of the tourism economy in their town- for the first time! We’ve all seen the bumper stickers: LOCALS ONLY!- a general overture targeted at visitors, that they are somehow not welcome. Why would this be the case? Why wouldn’t locals welcome visitors and their tourism dollars to their wonderful town? We believe it is simply because the locals have no stake in and receive no benefit from these travelers...instead, they plug up the roads and beaches, bars and restaurants and then depart, leaving us to clean up after them, only for us to do it all again tomorrow.

Fabric8ors live and work in, and are the best ambassadors for their community. Being local, it also likely makes them aware of events and happenings that bring travelers to town. Locals...now with an awareness and interest as investor/owners...might have weddings, sporting events and tournaments, fairs and festivals, business conferences and many other travel-inducing events become top-of-mind demand generators for their hotel! Prior to Fabric Hospitality, hotels in their community were probably mostly invisible to the locals, as there is a unique phenomenon here: locals rarely, if ever, go to local hotels...why would they, they live here! The opposite is true of travelers- they would love a better referral and stay experience in the places they visit, and would also love to know that they are supporting the local community while staying.
