Every day record on your account the movements of your vehicles with a control facilitated by the postponement of the previous counter. All you have to do is enter the vehicle, the journey (place of departure and arrival), the reason, the date, check the departure counter and start the registration. Once the finished route you click finished and fill in the mileage either manually or by entering the counter (calculation of the distance by difference of the meter) or with the GPS (estimation of the path by the GPS distance between the starting point and the point of arrival).

If you have incurred expenses, take a photo by expenses and fill in the amount and purpose of the expense.
