Facilikey is here to streamline property management. We connect tenants, landlords, and maintenance workers to help make handling work orders as efficient as possible. Facilikey allows tenants to submit maintenance requests to their property manager, who can then assign the request to an internal worker or send it out to be claimed through an external network of certified, vetted vendors. Facilikey is free to use, making it the ideal choice for landlords with anywhere from 1-25 units.

Tenants can: submit maintenance requests, include a photo of the problem, assign an importance level to the issue
Property managers can: review the problem, assign to to their maintenance worker on payroll, send it to the external network of maintenance workers, check the progress of work orders
Maintenance workers will: have an easier way to organize work orders, connect with more job opportunities through the vendor network
