FACTORY is a project co-founded by the Erasmus+ programme, with the participation of 6 partners organisations from France, UK, Greece, Poland and Finland aiming to address the digital skills needs of the manufacturing work force. FACTORY aims to support individuals and businesses to acquire and develop such competences, thereby enabling them to adapt to the digitalization of manufacturing processes and to remain competitive.

FACTORY is a project co-founded by the Erasmus+ programme, with the participation of 6 partners organisations from France, UK, Greece, Poland and Finland aiming to address the digital skills needs of the manufacturing work force. The FACTORY mobile app consists of 100 short micro-modules (2-3 minutes duration, each) on the adaption to the digitalization of the manufacturing process and industry 4.0.
