First in industry Faireview App provides the honest & unbiased reviews for rental properties posted by tenants itself. There is no such app currently in real estate market to help tenants to choose their rental properties based on experience shared by tenants itself. Tenant can directly post a review weather the property is listed or not , once the review is posted it automatically creates the listing on our platform. Thus it enables the power to tenant. Simultaneously it provide the option for owners to claim the property that a tenant posted.

2.Authenticity: We triple check the review with our in house team specially designed & trained to filter the fake reviews & make sure the reviews posted are totally genuine , true & up to mark to avoid the bad reputation for owners. The app is totally free for tenants as the primary idea to create this app is for tenant reviews. To claim the property there is small $5 payment which will be charged annually to owners of property.
