Falcon Assist from Dassault Aviation quickly connects aircraft operators to the full resources of the Dassault customer service organization. Wherever a customer is in the world, they can connect to Dassault’s 24-hour worldwide Command Center.

Command Center staff can link in up to seven other parties: structural or electrical engineers, field reps, spares experts, interiors specialists, and others. Whoever can help solve a problem. It’s a way to quickly bring the resources of the whole company together to solve an AOG problem.

With Falcon Assist, Dassault engineers and maintenance experts “see what the customer sees” through customer video. Similarly, customers can see documents and diagrams shared by the engineering team. Info sharing leads to faster troubleshooting. It is the latest step in keeping Falcons flying with maximum productivity.
