Fare Free Transportation is a free service for all residents of Cape May County. We provide origin-to-destination, door-to-door and curb-to-curb transportation service to all areas of Cape May County, as well as to select areas (within 5 miles) of nearby Atlantic, Camden and Cumberland Counties.

All of Fare Free Transportation’s vehicles are accessible and can accommodate wheelchairs, scooters and other mobility devices. Our vehicles are operated by specially trained drivers. Whether you want to run an errand, visit a friend, or need reliable transportation to a recurring event (medical appointments, shopping trips, etc.), our service will get you there!

HOW IT WORKS:
- Call Fare Free Transportation (609) 889-3700 to book your trip over the phone. You can track your trip in the mobile app.
- Trips must be reserved at least 2 business days in advance for travel within Cape May County or to nearby areas. For longer-distance trips to and from Camden, Philadelphia, or Delaware, reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
- You’re expected to be ready at any time during that pickup window. You’ll receive one automated call or text reminder for each trip you have scheduled, at 5pm on the day before your trip.
-You’ll receive one automated phone call or text message as a reminder for each trip you have scheduled, on the day before your trip after 5:00 pm. On the day of your trip, we’ll give you an automated phone call or send you a text message notification letting you know when we’re nearby.
- When your Fare Free Transportation bus arrives, the bus will wait up to 5 minutes at your pickup location. If the bus arrives early, the bus will wait until the start of your pickup window and then another 5 minutes.
- Fare Free Transportation is a shared ride service, so there may be other passengers on board, and you may make a few additional stops along the way to your destination!
-You can track your ride and update your trip if needed in real-time from the Fare Free Transportation app.
