The program is divided into two phases:
• The aim of the first one is to get your gastrointestinal tract on the right track and get rid of the bloating (if there is such a problem). Every meal should include the Water For Weight Loss (ginger, cucumber, lemon juice and mint leaves).
• During the second phase, the diet is based on the small portions of the fat liquidators - this is how the authors name the sources of monounsaturated fatty acids (especially almonds, sunflower and flax seeds, peanuts, pecans, olives and olive oil, avocado, dark chocolate). Due to the fact that you include them in every meal, you lose the unwanted inches.

The program consists of 12 bodyweight exercises. These exercises combine the modern principles of high-intensity training, and they are as effective as jogging or a gym workout. But most importantly, you will need only 7 minutes to perform these exercises!
