The Fostering Change Network Foundation (FCN Foundation) is a nonprofit organization with a mission of providing alumni of the foster care system ages 25 and over with resources that will support their personal and professional development and endeavors within the child welfare and social enterprise fields.)
FCN Foundation unites and empowers alumni of foster care globally while supporting their personal and professional endeavors and dispelling the foster care stigma.
Through the mentoring program, FCN Foundation prepares alumni to be efficient and credible leaders within business, child welfare and other professional fields through an international lens. The apps have access to your mentors, mentees, peers with unique FCN resources, events and program steps. You'll be able to communicate with your mentor, set goals, complete tasks and move closer to your goals. As FCN team, we'll be here to support you on this new amazing experience!
