FCS Keep and m-Keep

An automated cleaning and inspection assignment system for guest rooms and public areas under keeping operation that can also provide room status updates to staff via mobile devices. FCS Keep is a web-based backend system designed with state of the art logic-based rules and conditions that allocates cleaning/inspection assignment to the most appropriately skilled room attendant/ supervisor at any time of the day.

Together with the FCS Keep mobile app, room attendants and supervisors can maintain accurate room status information in the palm of their hand, as well as manage other daily duties. Both e-keeping and m-keeping not only automate the manual room assignment process, but also eliminate tons of paper waste by circumventing the endless process of printing room and guest information.
