Ans: Go get subscription, one has to raise a request on following website (https://webfdms.com/contact-us/) or send email at support@webfdms.com or via phone at (940) 647-6038.

3. What specific types of previously purchased features and services can a user access in the app?
Ans: This app will be free, with their existing subscription. Some features will be made available via phone app. These features are already available on website (https://www.newwebfdms.com/webfdms)

4. What paid content, subscriptions, or features are unlocked within your app that do not use in-app purchase?
Ans: Non of the feature needs in-app purchase. This is just a mobile app version of some of the existing features present in website (https://www.newwebfdms.com/webfdms)

Ans: Individual user does not have to pay any fee. User account are created for the employees of the funeral homes that uses Funeral Director's Management System to manage their funeral home. Same account is used to access website also.

Ans: It is for funeral homes staff and not for single user/consumer/family
