Feely is an engaging and fun tool that lets you track your feelings, receive scientific exercises and work on the activities that help you feel happier. Feely uses tools from positive psychology, mindfulness, relaxation, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to help you take control of your mental health.

WHO SHOULD USE THE APP
Feely is for anyone who wish to feel happier and take control of her mental health. The app is designed for people who want to experience less stress, anxiety or dejection. The app also work well as a complement to therapy. We have chosen exercises and knowledge that is anchored in psychological research. This means that the app builds upon scientific principles about what factors that have a positive effect on a person’s wellbeing.
