Real estate offers placed by private individuals are visible on the map as pins. When you hover over the pin, property descriptions and their photos are visible.

Placing a pin requires filling in the appropriate form, which specifies the parameters of the offered or searched property and contact details.

OPening the contact details of the person who offers or searches for the property requires a small fee.

In the event that both parties of the transaction agree on the price of the property and the property is pre-booked, the pin temporarily disappears from the map. However, if the parties fail to reach an agreement, the owner may restore the pin on the map.

There is also a social feature of the portal. Anyone who sees the public banner of a property that someone wants to sell or rent can put a pin on the map with a photo taken with a smartphone.
