FelzHouse is a comprehensive application designed to streamline the entire renovation process, from the initial quote to the final completion, for four key parties: the client, general contractor, project manager, and workman. Each has their own custom panel tailored to their specific role and responsibilities.

FelzHouse then sends a free, fast “guesstimate” within 48 hours, helping clients understand potential costs and timelines with no obligation. If the client approves, they schedule an in-home estimate, receiving a detailed scope of work. After confirming the scope, the client gets an itemized estimate. All contracts, payments, and documents are handled within the app. Clients can also track the project in real time through photo updates, ensuring transparency. Everything from contracts to invoices is stored in one place, making it easy to find information like paint colours or warranty details years later. The focus for clients is on communication, transparency, and quality control.

Vendors (or subcontractors) use a mobile app that manages their entire work process. When a vendor creates an account, FelzHouse automatically sets up a QuickBooks account to track earnings, eliminating the need for a bookkeeper. The app handles all aspects of the vendor's business—appointments, estimates, invoices, payments, and communication—allowing them to focus on the job instead of paperwork. Vendors bid on jobs, submit photos of completed work, and can get paid quickly through the app, even on weekends. FelzHouse’s unique bidding system ensures vendors only bid on funded projects, streamlining their workflow and maximizing earnings.

Managers oversee projects using a specialized web and mobile panel. They can assign tasks and jobs to subcontractors, track deadlines, and require daily photo updates for quality control.
