There is only one active fetal movement every five minutes.
The normal fetal movement is no less than 3 ~ 5 times in 1 hour, and 30 ~ 40 times in 12 hours. Some fetuses can move about 100 times in 12 hours, as long as there is a regular fetal movement, rhythm, little change, that is to prove that fetal development is normal.
