Field Compass

Field Compass is a tool that collects strike, dip and GPS location and heading measurements in the field. It saves the measurements into a convenient comma-delimited file format, or KML, which can be transferred from the device via iTunes File Sharing, email, or to a DropBox account, and subsequently viewed in most spreadsheet and GIS applications.

Field Compass has a large collection of great features including a robust data browser with mapping, support for UTM and GCS coordinate systems, a theodolite-like camera view, and a magnetometer mode, which provides the ability to capture additional geophysical data.
