What is it about?

FightPace is the ultimate MMA interval training timer for every fighter or fight fan, based on a scientific analysis of professional MMA high-to-low intensity work ratios. While other timing apps only allow pre-programmed work-to-rest ratios, FightPace generates randomized high- and low-intensity periods that alternate based on real professional fights. This fun, interactive app allows you to choose the number of 5-minute rounds and the exercise mode (climber, bike, rower, drill, and more), and one-minute rest occurs between rounds. You can log your body weight and individual workouts, including heart rate and perceived exertion. Fight Pace app utilizes data from Health app and specifically heart rate monitor data to be included to user's training progress. All of these data are stored with the corresponding high- and low-intensity interval lengths, so you can track your workouts over time. Forget about monotonous interval workouts; let FightPace stave off boredom while you train like the best-of-the-best fighters in the world!
