Membership gives you unlimited access to hundreds of workouts (25 minutes and 40 minutes), whenever you want, wherever you are — whatever your fitness level. Your first 14 days are totally free!

WHAT CLASSES ARE THERE?
Choose from on demand and live leaderboard classes across three studios: Cardio, Strength and Rebalance. Whether you’re just starting out or a trained athlete, keep progressing with entry level, beginner, intermediate and advanced workouts.

Cardio studio: High intensity classes to burn fat, tone muscle and build stamina including HIIT, circuits, nonstop and combat cardio.

Strength studio: Bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and dumbbell and kettlebell workouts to build and sculpt muscle.

Rebalance: Improve flexibility and unwind with yoga, pilates, stretching, mobility flows and breathwork. Essential for balanced training.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Access to our Premium service requires an active subscription, available on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis. All Premium subscriptions come with a 14 day free trial. Subscription renews automatically and you can cancel anytime. If you don’t want Premium, you can still access 75 classes and our 14 day training plans for free!

The Fiit device (£45) or Fiit device Lite (£25) are available for purchase separately (available in the UK & Ireland only). If you already have a fitness tracker, such as Wahoo, Polar and Cardio Sport devices, you can connect to Fiit and track your stats during classes.
