Financekar

The Website provides access to an online platform (“Platform”) that enables customers, financial
institutions, individual and corporate lenders, data partners and other partners to interface with
each other, provided that such persons approve and adhere to the Terms set out hereinafter and
the Privacy Policy. The role of Financekar is limited to that of the Platform Operator that facilitate
borrowing and lending amongst its accredited users. Financekar is not a financial Institution
under the Companies Act, 2013 or the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 or any other laws for the
time being in force in India nor is Financekar a deposit taking company or a chit fund company or
a company offering investment schemes. Pursuant to the foregoing, the Services provided by
Financekar shall not be construed as financial services of any nature and the roles and
obligations of Financekar shall be construed accordingly. None of the Services being provided by
Financekar are currently within the purview of the activities supervised and administered by the
Reserve Bank of India, the Securities Exchange Board of India, the Insurance Regulatory and
Development Authority of India or any other governmental authority and does not require a
registration.
The Website is a platform providing lenders and service providers registered or using the
Website with access to data base of the borrowers / potential borrowers.
As a Platform enabling interface between potential lenders and borrowers, Financekar seeks to
simplify the process by which a borrower registered with the Platform may get a loan from
potential lenders. In furtherance of this endeavour, Financekar shall carry out credit analysis of
the borrowers including credit scores. The credit information including the credit report and
analysis prepared by Financekar will be made available to one or more potential Lenders on the
Website. Further, Financekar may monitor and update these credit scores, reports and analysis
on a periodic basis. For the provision of the above mentioned services, Financekar will be using
and sharing all the information provided by the User with multiple financial institutions and other
parties, as may be required for the purpose mentioned above and Financekar shall also run
multiple credit checks to be able to get the best available offers to suit the needs of the Users.

The User by accessing the Website and/or pursuant to availing of the Services, hereby grants
Financekar the permission to collect, store, use and share such information (including but not
limited to the information mentioned above and all such other information shared by the User
with Financekar, including documents uploaded) with financial institutions and such other parties,
as may be required for the purpose mentioned above.
