Finders service is a service that connects ship owners with service engineers or spare part suppliers.
The Finders service enables ship owners who need the necessary parts or specialized personnel to use the product or service quickly.
Besides, the supplier can check the recruitment/material requests registered by the shipowners in real time, use the search window to find the cases currently under recruitment/material requests, and provide products or services in support of the desired recruitment/material requests.
Unlike other existing programs, real-time communication between ship
owners and suppliers is possible through chat rooms, which helps speed up work.
The conversation process between the shipowner and the supplier is only available in the chat room in Finders, and to start the chat room, if the supplier applies for the announcement he wants, the chat room begins.
After the conversation starts, the real-time conversation will identify the required information and problems with the ship and submit a service quote by using the Finders service form.

You can use Finders service through various Internet-enabled terminals such as personal computers and mobile phones, and you can find details of individual services and program usage manuals on the notice board after approval of Finders.
