First Steps in the Pregnancy

Overview

This educational serious game lets you experience what it’s like to go through pregnancy.
It’s designed not for entertainment, but to help address social challenges by teaching essential knowledge about pregnancy in the Matsumoto and Ōmachi regions of Nagano Prefecture.

Developed by pediatricians at Shinshu University Hospital in collaboration with medical students, the game is designed to be approachable for everyone.
It takes about one hour to complete and includes a save feature so you can play at your own pace.
