First Line Connect provides a simple, secure and fast remote assistance to help solving real world problems.
By using this app, a remote assistant can help any user with all sorts of problems that would normally require physical presence, e.g. problems with:
• Technical equipment, like computers, printers, scanners or copy machines
• Infrastructure, like switches, hubs or placement of cables or wires
• Other types of machinery, such as car engines or fuse boxes.
The user, who needs assistance, receives real-time support on the phone or tablet as if the expert was physically present. The user simply points the device camera at any object and the remote assistant will get a visual feed on his screen on which he can write or draw markers, which the user will see immediately on his screen.

• Using AR, the remote assistant can write or draw anything on the user’s screen in real-time
• SSL encrypted feed, which provides a safe and secure connection
