It was in the early of December 2018 when a couple of friends were messaging each other about an idea of assisting the e-hailing and taxi drivers to overcome the difficult situation and issues that they are having. Understanding the situation of the drivers who are actually the pilot and captain of the vehicles are the very essence of this idea to lessen the burden of the driver and improve the quality of the service that the passengers should get. The service of driving people to their destination should be a win-win situation for both the drivers and passengers. So, that was how it started; messages of conversation between a full time driver and a passenger.

They decided to solve the problem. They started ‘First One’. Pretty soon, this simple goal had transformed into something bigger – to make the riders or passengers to reach their destination as how they want and to make the drivers to reach their home and family after the last trip knowing that all has been done well’

First One started with a few friends and grew bigger day after day. We will feature our story in the who section. For now, this is just the first chapter of our story of experience drivers and passengers.
