Fishing Derby

You and your friends are taking part in a fishing derby. The goal is to catch as many fish as you can. But the lake you are fishing from is not the best place to go fishing. There's a lot of junk that has piled up in the lake, and more often than not that's what you'll pull out when you cast your line. But every now and then you'll get a fish or two.

This game is similar to Danger 13 from Ravensburger Spielverlag GmbH, which was created by Rüdiger Dorn.

The goal of the game is to score as many points as possible by catching fish. You do this by keeping good cards and giving bad cards to your opponents. It's not that easy, though, because once you give a player a card you can't take it back or given them a different card later in the current hand. And, to make it harder, the score of each player isn't known until the end of the game, so you have to pay attention to which player is scoring points as the game goes on.
