F4FS – Fleet Safety Companion App

F4FS is the mobile companion app for the F4FS safety management tool, designed to support drivers, contractors and fleet operators in managing safety requirements. This app can only be used by members of organisations that have been set up within the F4FS platform.

• Safety Checklists: Complete organisation-specific start-of-shift inspections with customizable categories (e.g., truck conditions, driver details).
• Driver Assessment: Record alertness levels, provide notes for low scores, and document fitness-to-drive evaluations.
• Incident Reporting: Capture incident details including date, time, weather, location, third-party information, and photos.
• Logging & Records: Maintain checklist histories, audit trails, time-tracking, and searchable logs with export capability.
• Design & Access: Mobile-friendly interface, offline capability with auto-sync, and role-based access (driver/contractor).
• Data Integrity: Secure authentication, cloud-based storage, and built-in validation for required safety fields.
