The Fit With Brit workout app brings fitness to you! Short on time? No problem! Can't make it to the gym? No problem! All Fit With Brit workout programs can be done from the comfort of your own home or anywhere you choose!
There are currently 3 different workout plans in the app: Bodyweight Level 1 (beginner level), Bodyweight Level 2 (moderate/advanced level), and a Dumbbell Program (moderate/advanced level). All three programs are 8-weeks in length with 4 workouts per week. There is also an additional workout section included if you would like to do a 5th workout per week! All workouts are approximately 30-minutes in length!
The Bodyweight Level 1 Workout Program is a beginner level program. This program is meant to set a strong foundation for your fitness journey! Movements are modified and there is no jumping or plyometrics. All workouts are programmed to be full body workouts. No weights or equipment are required for this program!
The Bodyweight Level 2 Workout Program is the perfect progression after finishing Level 1 and/or if you have been working out consistently for 6+ months. Bodyweight Level 2 consists of jumping and plyometric movements. There are also more compound and multi-planar movements in this program. Like Level 1, all workouts are full body workouts, and there are no weights or equipment needed to complete the program.
The Dumbbell Program does require at least one set of dumbbells, but if possible, I would recommend having 2 sets (one lighter set and one heavier set). This program focuses on building strength, power, and endurance with weight. It is the perfect progression after completing Bodyweight Level 2 and/or having been working out consistently for 1+ years. Similar to Bodyweight Levels 1+2, all workouts are full body workouts.
Fit With Brit programming was developed to set you up for success! All of the workouts are pre-recorded. All you have to do is press go and I coach you through each and every workout. Tracking is also used to measure your progress with before and after pictures & biometrics. Additionally, you can communicate with me through the app at any time! I am here to support your fitness journey and want to see you succeed!
Installing the app is free of charge! When you install the app, you will have access to all introduction materials + 1 free workout from each program to test try!

By signing up, you will get access to subscription(s) that include features such as progress tracking, and offline sync.
The download of Fit With Brit is free of charge. Should you use Fit With Brit app to access in-app content, we offer one of the following options:
Subscription based plan(s) - a recurring payment will be charged to your credit card after the trial period ends and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
Subscription(s) can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
One-time purchase based plan(s) - a payment will be charged to your credit card only once.
