What is it about?
The FitechGelb App provides our customers with direct notifications of FTHosting status updates, Saas Software status/updates and local emergency communications. Using the app will allow you to be notified of all FitechGelb related communications spanning network status changes, software updates (Yardi, MRI, etc.), national and local emergency notifications, weather impacts and more! Additionally, for Landlords, a fully brandable (white label) version of the app is available so that you can communicate with your tenants by building, by portfolio or across all properties. You will be able to send mass notifications of property issues, emergency issues, marketing related notifications and more. Use the Ad function to even post ads or promotions to your tenant base at any moment and target the communications to only certain tenants or to everyone! Use the app to communicate directly to your employee base for emergency and companywide notifications as well.
