App Store Description

This app is designed and developed by me, a gym goer who goes to gym for DIY cross training 6 days a week. My goal is to have a simple workout tracker app that is easier than pen&paper for everyone who wants to keep track of his/her workouts.

Thus, it is optimized for week-based exercise planning on various muscle groups on different body parts including shoulders, chest, arms, core, back, legs, full body and cardio.

For example, I myself prefer to do exercises that focus on 'Pull Muscles' on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On Tuesday and Thursday, I prefer exercises that focus on 'Push Muscles'. Then I take Saturday off to relax with friends and family. On Sunday I do all exercises together plus some cardio to get my body ready for the coming week. By planning and exercising with this pattern, muscles from different body parts got trained and rested on different days. This is my way of maximizing my gain over time invested in gym.

Having said that, this app is for workout plan DIY lover so just try your own way and stick to whatever works best for you.

Below is a list of features for the app,

1. One page dashboard UI for workout plan cards with brief body part info on a 'Masonry' layout. (Just like Pinterest)

2. Track workout duration, muscle stats(by body part) with a 'Star-Rating' system on the same dashboard.

3. All workout duration are saved to Apple Health and Activity App.

4. One page workout plan edit/start UI design.

5. More than 90 built-in exercises with muscle group reference charts.

6. Supported body parts include shoulders, chest, arms, core, back, legs, full body and cardio.

7. Exercises are also categorized by exercise types, e.g. dumbbell, barbell, machine etc.

8. User can also create user defined(custom) exercises and categorized it with body part and exercise type.

Enjoy!
