DIARY. Set goals, track your steps and sleep, control your calorie consumption and water intake.

All your running workouts statistics are in one place.

TIMERS to control workouts: Tabata, stopwatch, timer.

Dark and light modes are supported.

We will ask you to grant access to the Health app for steps, water, sleep, workouts, activity, and nutrition.
